The objective of INSROA is to promote harmony and good will among members of INSROA, to promote continuity of materials and teaching techniques; to reinforce and maintain discipline of the INSROA program; and to develop a means to disseminate information which is valuable to all members statewide.

INSROA was established in February of 2012.  The board meets on a monthly basis to discuss matters of INSROA and make decisions to further the organization.  INSROA hosts an annual conference in June for the purpose of training members.
