Jan Baker

This is Jan Baker's 17th year in education. She obtained both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana State University. She has been an assistant principal at Goshen Middle School for the past nine years. She was an English teacher prior to becoming an administrator. Jan is in charge of school safety at GMS, currently the largest middle school in the state. She takes pride in educating students and staff in best practice for a safe learning environment. She has been an active school safety specialist for the past ten years and attended the NASRO conference in Phoenix, AZ.

Jan stated, "I am honored to be a part of the INSROA organization. I look forward to contributing towards the valuable collaboration, top-notch training, and expertise this group provides in ensuring safety is the number one priority in our Hoosier schools.
